NV1-24 Series indoor AC high-voltage vacuum circuit-breaker serves in the three-phase AC Power System for rated voltage of 24kV and rated frequency of 50Hz. The circuit breaker conforms to the national standard GB1984-2003 "Alternate current high-voltage circuit breaker", and international standard IEC "High-voltage alternate current circuit breaker".
The Circuit breaker can be used to protect and control electrical equipment in the industrial & mineral enterprise, power plant and substation as well as to switch in frequent operating places. It has high credibility of operation and longevity of service.
The form of circuit breaker assembled in switchgear could be draw out type as well as fixed installation type.
Service conditions: 1 Normal service conditions 1.1 Ambient air temperature: -5~40°C. 1.2 The effect of sun radiation could be neglected. 1.3 Altitude: 1000m and below; 1.4 No operating in such environment as subject to dust, dirt, smog, corrosive/flammable gas, vapor and salt pollution. 1.5 Humidity: Daily average value is not more than 95%; monthly average value is not more than 90%. Daily average value of saturated water vapor pressure is not more than 2.2kPa; monthly average value of saturated water vapor pressure is not more than 1.8kPa. 1.6 The external shocking and earthquake could be neglected. 1.7 The amplitude of electromagnetic interference in secondary system is not more than 1.6kV. 2 Special Service Condition The circuit breaker should be operated in the normal service condition. If there is any difference between actual service condition and normal service condition, for example, the altitude of installed place is above 1000m, the value of ambient air temperature exceed specified limit or the place with high humidity where easy to course moist, it should be conformed by the manufacturer.
Structure features: 1 The circuit breaker adopting middle-sealing porcelain vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber, the contact is made of copper-chromium material and it is of cup shaped axial magnet field structure.
The contact features small electricity abrade, longevity electricity, high level withstand voltage, stable insulating intensity of medium, rapid recovery after arcing, low level cut-off and high breaking capacity. 2 The arrangement of operating mechanism and arc-extinguishing chamber of the circuit breaker adopts front and rear layout form. The main conductive circuit is arranged in three-stage floor type form, and the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber is installed longitudinally in a well insulated tube which is made of epoxide resin casting by APG technology, therefore its anti-creepage is extraordinary. The design of this structure largely reduce the mill dust accumulate on the face of arc-extinguishing chamber, which not only prevents vacuum arc-extinguishing from damage outside but also ensures high resistance to voltage effect when used in the moist heat and badly polluted environment. 3 The operating mechanism of circuit breaker is spring energy stored type, which can be functioned both manually and electrically. The mechanism is of compact design with small size and stable performance. 4 This circuit breaker has the advantages of longevity, easy service, no pollution, no danger of explosion, low noise and so on and it is durable for tough service condition such as frequent operating etc.
