1. Purpose: The machines are used in weaving preparation process in cotton textile industry. In the machine warps beamed after warping in batehes are being re-beamed, sized, dried, waxed, marked according to defined piece-length and wound on to beams with appropriate tightness and softness. The machine is suitable for sizing staple yarns like cotton, polyester fiber, blended yarn, linen/cotton blended yarn, etc.
2. Structure: Three sets of beam stands, double-dip-double-press size box, cylinder drying chamber, winding unit with PUX3 stepless speed change gear, big reel or small reel, and head end.
