ASLGA381 structurally performs the functions of warp beaming , scouring , dyeing and oxidation , washing ,drying , drying , sizing , drying and winding on to beams at head end . Dyeing and sizing are operated continuously . Beams , after being wound with yarn at head end , can be used in weaving process by various looms . The sizing and dyeing main unit is speed-regulated in the way of alternating current and frequency conversion .Winding unit employs PUX3 stepless speed change gear .
