We independently developed the SA-842 disinfectant scaling resistant bottle cleaning detergents based on the demands inbeer production,andtookadvantages of domestic and foreignadvanced cleaningtechnologies.This product can achieve high cleaning rate and remove labels completely with less foam, and has the significant function of disinfection, enhancing luster , and scaling resistance.The water stabilizers contained in this product can effectively remove ions of calcium,magnesium, andiron etc. from water, therefore, it prevents the “white scaling” of these ions from happening after cleaning.As a result,the bottleslooks like new with bright luster after cleaning.This also prevents the scaling from happening on bottle washing machines.With one ton of this product,one can clean more than 2 million recycled bottles or 4 million new bottles.
（2）Main Ingredients and Properties
This product consist of non-foaming surfactant,penetrant, water stabilizer, disinfectants ，scaling resistant, and lotion etc.This product appears asfine white powder or particles,no poison, easily dissolved in water with different quality.
（3）Usage
This product can be widely used in the cleaning processes of various glass bottles, and drink bottles etc. glass products. It can kill up to 99% of E-coli in water, and kill othergerms well also. The bottles looks clear and luster as new.
（4）Suggested Use
Dilute this product with room temperature water to 0.5 – 2.5 % solution based on how long the bottles have been used, the extends of scaling on the bottles, and label styles on the bottles. When use independently, noalkali and other additives needed. The best temperature for using this product is 60-85℃.Methods of cleaning:Soaking, cleaning with brush, orspraying.
（5）Packing, storage, and transportation
Packed with 25Kg plastic weaving bags, and stored and transported like normal commodity.Suggested storing time: 2 years.
