LMZ coolant assistant is a supplement substitute of LM Icy River coolant series. This product is specially designed for customers in remote area who have difficult in transportation and are not convenient to use LM coolants directly. This product is concentrated coolant additives.By adding only 0.3 – 1% of the amount of coolants. the cooling ability of coolant can be enhanced significantly, and volatilization of coolant can be suppressed . The coolants can be alcohol, glycol, trimethylene glycol, glycerol solution etc. This product can significantly prevent metal equipments from corrosion and rusting. These features of this product can greatly increase the reliability of cooling system and reduce the operation cost, and can guarantees the life time of your equipments being doubled or even more.
There is a simple method to test the anti-rusting ability of this product: add 0.3 – 1 g of this product to 100ml of 25% alcohol solution in a cone-shape flask, than add a small piece of polished carbon steel (or copper or aluminum).Add 100ml of 25% alcohol solution in another cone-shape flask, and add a similar piece of metal as previous one. After about 15 hours, comparing the rusting effects of metals in the two flasks. Keep the two flasks in a safe place for long term observation and comparison.
This product is not flammable. It can be stored as normal chemicals. Storage period is 2 years.
