Instructions of operating SUNRISE PU-Foam guns:
1.Shake PU foam can System vigorously.
2.Screw foam can into adapter----do not over tighten!
3.When operating gun for the first time, press trigger and let foam flow through for approx. 10 seconds. (This fills material into the extension tube and removes residual moist air).
4.Fix needle on nozzle.
5.Foam gun is now ready for dispensing. During dispensing hold gun with can more or less vertical.
6.The foam output volume can be regulated with the trigger and controlled with the flow adjustment screw. If the adjustment screw is fully tightened down, the gun trigger is locked.
7.Before replacing can, tighten the flow adjustment screw completely, unscrew empty can, clean the basket adapter and other external parts simply, and immediately (within 1 minute) replace with the new foam can which has been shaken vigorously to prevent foam from hardening in the adapter.
8.If necessary, replace needle blocked with hardened foam.
9.Hardened foam residues in front of the nozzle can be removed on a piece of wood or similar material. Clean extension tube outside with wire brush or knife. Never clean adapter with hard objects.
10.During any work interruptions, tighten the flow adjustment screw completely to, otherwise foam is cured due to the humidity in the air and the gun is damaged.
11.After using, clean the SUNRISE Foam gun thoroughly with cleaning agent:
Unscrew the foam can (keep valve opening away from you)
Tack a cleaner can, first use it to remove leftover foam from the basket then screw the can on the gun.
Dispense out any remaining material by carefully squeezing the trigger until cleaning agent starts to extrude from the gun. Cleaning agent has to remain in the foam gun approx.15 minutes
Repeat this procedure at least two or three times.
Unscrew the cleaner can.
After this, turn off the adjustment screw clockwise-do not over tighten.
