MZⅡ radiator is laser-welded to twin rows with two horizontal steel tubes (external diameter at 42mm and wall thickness at 1.5mm) and a set of twin rows of elliptical & vertical steel tubes (50×25mm). If welded to single row, it then should be called MZ single row radiator.Following welding procedure, it’s required to go through technical procedures such as stringent test compressing, preprocess, interior corrosion-resistant process and plastics-spraying on the surface etc. before a perfect suite of radiator is manufactured.
