rinciple of operation : After dust-laden air enters the dust collector, some large particles and dust mission, due to gravity and inertia, fall into hopper directly and play the role of primary dust collecting. The airflow carrying the other partricles turns up to the box body , when it comes through the filters, the dust particles are left on the external surface. The cleaned air enters into the above cleaned air chamber and from there it is concentrated and discharged. The slef-cleaning process is controllled by pulse electromagnetic valve and control device. Reasonable cleaning ensures service life of filter cartridges. With continuous filtration, the dust concetration on the external suface of filter cartridges increases gradually, and also the resistance of equipment does. When reaching a setpoint, the cleaning controller sends out cleaning instruction. Then the dust are flaked and falls down to the hopper. The whole process contains filtering, pulse cleaning, discharging.
