YCL series single-phase heavy duty capacitor start asynchronous motor is suitable for driving small lathe and water pump, especially good for families and workshops where only single phase power is available. This series motors are designed with advanced technique and made of fine materials. It also has many other good characteristic such as nice function, low noise, lower temperature -rise and starting current, higher starting torque, reliable operation, easy maintenance and nice appearance. The YCL series motor is produced in conformity with IEC standards.
YC series protected motors are of IP44 totally enclosed fan- cooling type. Rated output is 3HP or below with capacitor starting. Under rated voltage and 50Hz, the starting torque is three times more than the rated torque and 60HZ is more than 2.75 times. Motors for 4HP or over are capacitor start and run type. They all concentrate the advantages of high starting torque, smooth running, low temperature rise, low noise and greater overload performance. The YCL series motor is similar to YC series in appearance. Compared with YC series motor of the same output the thermal rise and reduced by 8.47k and 1.81A respectively, in the average, the efficiency go up by 4.21 percent, max. torque increased by 0.064, min. torque by 0.408, starting torque by 0.348 and power factor by 0.16.
