Our company produces and supplies various kinds of tempered glass, using clear or different tinted sheets. With our horizontal tempering furnaces, we also produce tempered glass with printed sheets, such as glass with printed patterns or trade marks on them. We have a special bending tempering furnace to produce curved tempered glass with printed patterns on the sheet The maximum size of tempered glass is 2,440 x 3,660mm and the thickness range is 3. 0-19mm.
Tempered glass is high strengthened glass. Its bent-strength and impact strength will be increased by about 3-5 times ordinary glass and its capability of resisting temperature change will be increased by nearly 3 times. It shows excellent safety performance since it will break into certain amount of small and non-sharp fragments while being damaged by a super great force so that no people will be injured. There are strict rules and regulations home and abroad which stipulate that safety glass must be used at the particular positions of a building, such as doors, windows, curtain walls and ceilings, as well as entrances and exits of public places.
