DGM prefabricated substation, also called European-pattern tank-type transformer substation, is a full-set distribution device which combines high-voltage and low-voltage switchgear and control facility, transformer, power indicator, interior cable connection and other correspondent equipment. It owns all the function of the traditional substation and can work under different conditions, so it is suitable for public power distribution, high building, park, highway, oil fields and industrial zone.
High quality high voltage room The HV devices are adopted the ABB and F&G companies' HV loading switchgear, or as customer requirement. It has several power supply such as loop feed (including dual power supply) and radial feed. In addition, the HV indicator device can be installed to meet the need of HV measurement.
Excellent forced-air cooling system There are suitable airways on the tank to make sure the good temperature inside. The new design for the forced-air cooling system is installed. When the temperature rises, the system automatically works to maintain the normal temperature to ensure the safety of all the devices.
Flexible low voltage room The low voltage room has different power supply methods as customer's requirement: dynamic distribution functions, illuminating distribution, reactive power compensation, and electricity measurement.
Economic, room saving and easy installation It costs less and the size is only 1/3 or smaller than the traditional substation. The installation requires only tightening 4 installation screws and connecting the cables.
Safe The airtight and good earthed design ensures the personnel safety.
