Major enterprises in Southwest China's Sichuan Province say they've comprehensively restored their production since the devastating earthquake.
The May 12th earthquake damaged a big number of assembly lines in Changhong Group, a leading TV maker in the country. Immediate relief work has helped the company to resume its production shortly after the disaster.
Du Shifu is head of the multimedia department at the company.
"All of our assembly line have returned to normal. Now our output reaches 7,200 TV sets per day."
Jiuzhou Electric Group, a large precision instruments manufacturer, has created a total turnover of 370 million yuan, or 54 million US dollars since June.
The company is expected to make 650 million yuan in July, a normal level before the earthquake.
Another major enterprise, Sichuan Changcheng Special Steel Company, has managed to develop a new kind of steel, in hopes of minimizing its losses.
