Latin America's three major stock markets ended lower Thursday.
Mexico City's IPC stock index dropped by 0.75 percent to 28,465.55 points. A total of 125.7 million shares were traded with a value of about 366 million U.S. dollars.
At the Buenos Aires stock market, the Merval index closed down 1.70 percent to 1,998.37 points. The trade volume was 34.594 million dollars.
In Sao Paulo, Latin America's biggest bourse, the leading Bovespa index closed at 59,273 points, down 3.0 percent. The trade volume was 3.103 billion dollars.
