The U.S. dollar fell against the euro and the yen Friday morning in Tokyo.

At noon the dollar changed hands at 103.62-65 yen, compared with 103.69-79 yen in New York and 103.79-82 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Thursday.

The euro was quoted at 1.5410-5415 dollars and 159.67-72 yen, against late Thursday's quotes of 1.5391-5401 dollars and 159.60- 70 yen in New York and 1.5332-5335 dollars and 159.16-20 yen in Tokyo.
