    when you create a waybill the recipient will be sent an e-mail containing the following information:
    • the delivery address
    • the collection address
    • the number of packages being sent
    • the Crossflight shipment number
    • a link to the Crossflight tracking system with the waybill number pre-loaded
    To use the shipment advice e-mail system a number of requirements must be met.

    The shipment advice e-mail is formatted as plain text file and should be compatible with most if not all e-mail clients.
