The company owns advanced production equipment, measurement equipment and strong technical strength. Most of the equipment are CNC machines, the equipment renewal rate is up to 80%. There are more than 1300 main equipment such as Gleason Hurth shaver cutter grinder, Gleason worm wheel grinder, Reishauer gear grinder and flexible machining centers from Makino, Japan. There are also drip-feed carburizing heat treatment production line from Japan, Aichelin continuous carburizing heat treatment production line from Austria, Ipsen heat treatment line, AGV transmission assembly line and other advanced production lines. M&M3525 gear measuring center from U.S.A, JY-ULTIMA ICP spectrum instrument from France, Global Reference Coordinate Measuring Machine with LEITZ trademark from Germany and other first class measurement equipment assure the high quality of our products.

There are more than 350 engineers and senior engineers in the company. With enough research equipment, advanced technology and perfect quality and environment systems, the company got the certification of ISO9002 in 1997 and QS9000 in 2001. In 2004, it was certified to ISO14001. In 2005, it has passed the on-site assessment of ISO/TS16949.Currently, the company has developed five major platforms for transmission R&D by absorbing and continuous improvement on transmission manufacturing technology introduced from Nissan Diesel for three times. Now, the 14 major series and more than 300 kinds of our products can fit for trucks and buses ranging from 2 ton to 30 ton. In 2006, DC6J48T and DC12J150T independently developed by our company got the “Original Innovation Award” and “Integrate Innovation Award” respectively in China Automobile Independent Innovation Achievement Conference. In First China International Fuel Saving Competition, the DC12J150T got another award of “Best Fuel Saving Vehicle”. At present, our company is jointly developing AMT for HD commercial vehicle (national 863 program) with Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd, Tsinghua University and Beijing Institute of Technology. The company also jointly developed new product with our own intellectual property right and suitable for Chinese market with famous overseas company. The transmissions are mainly fitted into 500 kinds of vehicles for tens of OEMs, such as Dongfeng Motor Company, China FAW Group Corporation, China heavy-duty truck group and BeiQi Foton Motor Co., Ltd. The engine gears are supplied not only for domestic engine company, such as Dongfeng Cummins Engine Co.,Ltd, Shanghai Diesel Engine Company, FAW Dalian Diesel Engine Plant, but also for 8 Cummins engine plants in the world. Volvo, New Holland, John Deere and Caterpillar are also our business partners.
