Now Gemsy have 950 employee, including 105 technicians——24 percent of the total employee. The staff with the educational level of junior college is about 228. Gemsy also employ two specialists from Japan and other countries, who dealing with the research of the product. All of the staff have signed the employ contract with Gemsy which have testified by the local labor department. Gemsy belong to the light machinery industry, up to the work safty and health requirements of the country. All the staff have been trained, electrician , the driver have been tested by the labor department and then allowed to work.
