and put into production in Oct.2004 , it will be finished at the end of 2006 with investment

of about 600 million RMB,we will have the capacity to produce 360 million SQM of home

textile fabric,15 million pieces of home textile finished products, 1800 million RMB of sales

income,205 million RMB of profit tax and USD 110 million of foreign exchange.
