　　In Dec. 1991, Qingdao Auto Radiator Factory was united with Qingdao Die-casting Factory and Qingdao Auto Radiator Industrial Company was founded. The productivity was improved due to enlargement of the scale.

　　One year later, in Dec. 1992, Qingdao Auto Radiator Company was established with Qingdao Auto Radiator Industrial Company and Yuejin Auto Group and introduced the equipment of copper radiators manufacturing lines from Japan. The annual capacity of the company was more than 300,000 sets and became a worldwide professional manufacturer of copper radiators.

　　In May, 1995, Our company, together with Toyo Radiator Co., Ltd, Japan and Mitsubishi Corporation, Japan, Jointly invested USD12, 000,000 in the production project of aluminum radiator and the sub-company, Qingdao TOYO Auto Radiator Co., Ltd. was founded.

　　The company introduced the technology, management from Japan and it is one of the largest production bases of aluminum radiator for export in the world.

　　In Nov. 1999, Qingdao Auto Radiator Company increased its capital and renamed to Qingdao Auto Radiator Co., Ltd. The company and its sub-company, Qingdao TOYO Auto Radiator Co., Ltd. are in the leading position of manufacturers of copper and aluminum radiators. 　　In 2001, the two companies' annual productivity is more than 600,000 sets and we became the biggest manufacturer of auto radiators in China.
