Our group has cooperated with Shanghai Dong Hua University and several scientific research organizations to develop the production line of producing pure cotton spunlace non-woven with the capacity of 3000 tons annually. Pure cotton spunlace non-woven can not only be utilized in hospitals as substitute for gauze dressings, and other disposable products, but also widely used at home as towels and wipes etc. In the same year, about 0.3 billion RMB was invested to the advanced technology of manufacturing PLA lactic acid from

Switzerland. The capacity of this PLA lactic acid production line is about 10000 tons yearly. PLA lactic acid is an environmentally protecting medical material, made mainly from corn fiber which is environmentally friendly. This product can not only be made into bone screws, bone plates, and artificial skin etc, but also can be used as substitute for oil. This advanced high-tech innovation considerably assists medical work in China.
