The 5 sub-factories of the company covers a total floor space of 100000 sq. meters (equals to 1076426 sq. ft.). They are the metal factory, the aluminum factory, the vacuum molding and NTI complex board factory, the plastic injection molding factory and the tooling factory.

The metal factory: it is equipped with the tubing mills, the forming facilities, the powder coating lines and the assembly lines, producing the metal furniture and the metal household utensils. The monthly production capacity is 400000 units of the finished products;

The aluminum factory: it is equipped with an aluminum melting furnace, a homogenizing furnace, aluminum extruders, Grade T6 heat treatment facilities and the equipment of surface treatment and produces the aluminum extrusions for the furniture and the household utensils. The monthly production capacity is 500 tons of the aluminum extrusions.

The vacuum molding and NTI complex board factory: it is equipped with the plastic sheet extrusion machines, including the 5 layer extruders, vacuum molding machines, plastic binding machines and the manufacturing facilities of the NTI complex boards, producing the vacuum molded products and the products made of the NTI complex boards. The monthly production capacity is 300000 units of the finished products.

The plastic injection molding factory: it enjoys 38 injection molding machines with the grades ranging from 150 tons to 480 tons, producing the injection molded parts for all the products of the company.

The tooling factory: it produces all the plastic injection molds, the vacuum molding molds, the metal processing toolings, various jigs for the production and the relevant quality inspection tools.

The company is equipped with all necessary testing devices and instruments for the analysis of the materials, the spectrum analyzing of the aluminum, the tensile, impact, torque, strength tests, the tests of the packaging material, the freezing tests and all the tests for the hardware.

The company adopts the vertically integrated manufacturing system, from the designing of the products down through the service after sales. The company’s ISO9001 Management System and ISO14001 Environment Management System have passed the assessments by SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services Co., Ltd with UKAS Certificates issued.

The company has a high level R&D team and is quite good at developing new products, including the designing of the products, the designing and making of the toolings and the professional machines for the production. 70% of the company’s products have been designed and developed by this team.
