Sailun Co., Ltd. was established in 2002 with funding from the Govermmental Administration of College and Universities and further investment from several well known enterprises from the field of industry. It is situated on 4,300,000 square feet within the National Economic and Technological Development Zone in Qingdao. We are the first tyre manufacturer to integrate production, research and demonstration techniques, while developing our new products. We also strive to become the premier model for technical training for our staff in China. The future goal for Sailun is to build 3 model factories. One will focus on all steel Medium Truck Radial and one for Bias/Radial special tires. Each plant will focus on using digital technology and utilize our own future planned test track, the first in China, to demonstrate our unique products.

The rapid development of Sailun has put it into the spotlight in the tyre industry, it has attracted expert engineers from home and abroad. Usingan integrated control management system, the factory runs automatically, maintaining consistent running of all equipment, which ensures quality control and high efficiency. Sailun meets the ISO9001:2000 International Quality and Management System certification standards, and in addition the national compulsory 3C certification, European ECE and American DOT certification.
