    Ningbo Ala Rice Wine Company is based on state-owned Ningbo Dongfeng Brewery which was found in 1959, and cooperating with the excellent rice wine research department of Southern Yangtze University the company spent millions of RMB on building the base of rice wine research and development center, which is most powerful scientific research center of wine making, in order to develop new brewing technology and cultivate qualified people of high level. Applying this technology, people after drinking Ala Rice Wine won’t feel dizzy and thirsty.

    The company has invested 10 million US dollors to build the new factory. After the new factory put in use in 2006, the capacity of producing Ala Rice Wine will reach 40,000 tons, ranking within the 8th of national rice wine industry.
