research strength, "Bolin Research Institute on New Materials

Technology" was set up in 2002, cooperated with a key university

Hefei Polytechnic University. With the optimizing combination of both

advantages in scientific research strength, we closely follow the

There are about 210 employees, of whom more than 24 owned middle and high professional technician certificate. The workshops take up 16000 square meter, including PM workshop, Composite materials products workshop, Metalworking workshop, Special equipment workshop, etc. Powder Metallurgy Workshop owns many Boat-pushing sintering furnaces, Continues mesh belt sintering furnaces, Ultra-high temperature sintering furnaces, Automatic hydraulic compacting machines, Automatic mechanical compacting machines, as well as secondary finishing machines to deal with Machining, Steam treatment, Heat treatment, Carburizing quenching etc. Composites Material Workshop is equipped with mesh sintering furnaces, various fine rolling mills, can produce DU, DX, bimetal, composite soft plate, which is widely used in automobile brakes, shock absorbers, hydraulic gear pump etc. Metalworking workshop owns lathe-beds for cutting, milling, EDM processing and finishing, where fine dies can be produced here.

With many years experience of producing composite materials and bimetal components, we design and make many non-standard facilities such as six zone mesh sintering furnace, various types of fine rolling mills, leveler, sleeve - forming machines, which enjoys good reputation by our customers. We got the importing and exporting license from the authority in 2003, and successfully export to Vietnam for “Two full sets of equipments for Producing Bimetal Bearing with an annual output of 500,000 pieces each”

To achieve the goal “Quality is the first of all”, our Centre Laboratory owns many advanced instruments such as Spectral analysis, Metallographic analysis, Mechanical properties test, Friction measuring equipments, and set up a full quality control system. We have gained the certificate of ISO9001:1994 in the year of 2001, ISO9001:2000 in the year of 2003, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS18001 this year.

We are honored as “Potential Giant” by Hefei Commercial Bank in 2003. In March 2004, our PM vehicle parts adjusted arm rack, gear, control plate achieved the identification as high-tech products, and we gained “High-tech Enterprise” in the April. “The Project of Improvement for PM Vehicle Parts Producing Line with an Annual Output of 1300 Tons" is integrated as the prioritize project by Anhui Province Hefei Municipal Government.
