Haichang has 21 sets of Injection-Blow Molding, Injection-Stretch-blow Molding and Extruding-Blow Molding machines for all kinds of bottles. These world-leading machines are supplied by renowned enterprises, such as Wheaton [USA], Uniloy [Italy], Jomar [USA], Krupp [Germany], ASB [Japan] and etc. The other 14 sets of Injection- Molding machines from Elite [Hong Kong] are used for all kinds of caps in Haichang. With all these machines, Haichang has a yearly capacity of 360000000 containers.

The containers of Haichang are all made of high-quality material, [e. p. HDPE, PP, PETE, and PS] which is recyclable and safe for food and pharmaceutical use. All the containers are reliably sealed, air and vapor-proof, with good dimension precision, and excellent surface quality.

Haichang is one of the first factories that obtained the Drug Packing Material and Container License [Grade I] of state Drug Administration. It is also the only pharmaceutical container manufacturer that have passed the attestation of FDA [DMF Type Ⅲ 18276#] . There are two 105 degree decontaminated workshop covering an area of 2000 m2 , facilitated with self-contained microbial test equipments and advanced chemical and physical labs.
