    Foreword

    A few months ago, I went to customer's website to have a look and with the wishes of learn something from them as I would like to establish our own. One of the European customer's websites shocked me, which made me feel ashamed, guilty and raging so that I had to confess reverently.

    ???Some Chinese merchants are easy to agree with the price you proposed. However, when coming to production, they would lower down the quality behind your back if they found that their incorrect evaluation and their production quality can't reach what they expected previous, and that they would loss or reduce profits if they go on keeping the confirmed price. Some of them know a project that is impossible to finish, but they still agree with the production time with smile as you required. The contract is just a white paper with the black characters on it in their eyes. Nothing is significant for them except money. We are always receiving the calling with full complaint and headachy lawyer's letter everyday because of the above.

    I exactly recall my commercial journey that is unbearable to recall.

    Usually receiving customer's complaint, our salesmen are not busy with promoting products, but apologizing. We always delay our delivery time, and the excess unqualified products are always found, always?-

    Why is the case like so? How to resolve Chinese venture's common fault?

    Printing out that passage, I took it to the shareholders' meeting, the management staff meeting, workers conference and hoped that the person needing to reflect not just not some shareholders or cadre, not me alone, but all staffers. The level of company can be promoted only all staff's makings have been enhanced.

    Our scoundrels have been found out at last in the course of deep self-criticism.

    Why do excess unqualified products be found?

    There is 5%-omission factor in our Quality Standard so that everyone has a lazy and lucky mind. What they want to do is to let unqualified products mix into qualified products and try to make that 5%. However, the results, sometimes, aren't going our way, for it is always above 5%. When facing great customers, we still should spend costs to re-check quality once the goods are found unqualified. What's the solution? Why is there 5% omission factor? The consumers who get these products that are omitted to check are so innocent. Why can't these 5% products enjoy the same rights as the other 95%. The only goal for us is 100% percent of pass.

    Why do we often delay the delivery time?

    As a factory, the first we have to ensure to production stability. We are worrying about that we still should pay salary to workers, pay depreciation and so on when some day orders disappear. Therefore, we are thinking of receiving orders as more as we can. Perhaps, our production capacity is just 100, but we like to receive the order covering 110, so we have to produce with full load everyday. The case is like so, of course, the delivery time should be postponed. Thinking in the opposite way, our production capacity is 100, but we just receive 90% order in view of some unstable factors. We assure customers' delivery time at the cost of free production line and increased costs.

    Why do we find the incorrect budget price in the course of production?

    We think that customers would not accept if the price is too high, but why do so many trading companies exist? And their businesses do better than factories. More orders for the factories are from trading companies, which prove that the price is no problem, the key lies in the service. Our service system isn?ˉt sound. Our service is not advanced enough, which is still in its infancy. We can't provide star grade service, then we are unqualified to get star grade price. Why don?ˉt they pay good price if they can always receive qualified goods on time.

    Learning a lesson from a painful experience, it's never too late for we haven?ˉt lost all customers and we still can develop more new customers.     5. We have the professional sample and order management systems.

    6. The professional website will be updated in time everyday. You can browse the details for your quotation, sample request, order, and contract.

    7. The professional Inspection department and systems assure 100% percent of pass for delivery products. Besides this, independent quality-checking group of Sales department will take a spot test on the containers and then will issue an Inspection Report for the customer at the place of the third party. We will solve all the problems before leaving factory.

    8. We have logistical staffers. We can do ex-work price, FOB, CIF and CFR with you at any domestic place's. The professional Logistical department will assure your goods to be delivered more safely and fast to the port you appointed.
