Our company was founded by Ms. Lucy Liu in March 2002, who had been serving in Minmetals (China National Mineral and Metals Import and Export Corp.) Harbin Branch for more than 14 years, in charge of the export business of refractory metals products, particularly, tungsten related products. There, she successfully developed the export of tungsten filaments that applied in the vacuum metalizing industry from sampling volume to several thousand kilograms in weight annually. Meanwhile, she also established a good relationship and favorable reputation among her customers at both ends of the trade.

Thanks to her good name in the past business, the old customers followed her with regular orders. To pay back for the trust and support, the new company also carried on our old style of "honest business''. We purchased and used best tungsten raw wire we can find in China to make tungsten filaments, and at the same time, an effective management and quality control system was established. Furthermore, as we were able to lower down the supplying cost by that direct production, the prices the old customers received became even more competitive. A win-win mechanism was thus set up.

In June 2004, our company became able to buy a piece of land of 3,550sqm in Fujiadian Industrial Zone, and there we built up our own factory.

In December 2005, our company moved to the new factory with an office building and two workshops, one for tungsten filaments making, and the other for newly added tungsten wire drawing facility.

The business went on smoothly and in October 2006, our company's management and quality control system passed the inspection and assessment of SGS, and the ISO9001:2000 certificate was issued for the production management of tungsten wires, tungsten stranded wires and tungsten filaments.

Along with the stable growth of tungsten wire and filament production and business, our company has also been making hard and continuous efforts to keep and develop the business of other items. We know that act as a trader, one would no long obtain the favorable position as that of a direct maker in pricing. Our company has managed to compensate the difference by offering our customers a better service. Therefore, the ability of quick response to inquiries, fast moving to source a new product, being honest and responsible to treat disputes and complaints and well-knowing of general terms and practice of international trade have all been the basic requirements when we recruit our new staff. With these features, and the good communication capability, our company has won again the trust of an increasingly numbers of customers for various old and new products.

So far, our company's export business range has expanded from regular W, Mo, Ti, Ta products to various sputtering targets, W/Cu products for electronic packaging, Kovar sheets, ceramic blocks and antenna, etc., and new items are still putting on the list.
