Founded in January, 2002, the company now is a China-England joint venture changing from two old factories, Zhejiang Pinghu Wool and Textile mill established in 1982 and Zhejiang Industrial Woolen Textile Factory set up in 1984.

The annual amount of all kinds of textile raw materials and knitting gauze is 1000 tons. There are 200 tons cashmere gauze and filar cashmere gauze, 800 tons knitting gauze (including all sorts of proportional rabbit gauze, hemp gauze, woolen gauze and so on).

The company has its own cardigan processing factory, the annual amount of knitting products and cashmere sweater is over 400,000, with its production field ranging from cashmere, spun silk, artificial silk and nylon yarn 3-16 needles, woolen clothes processing and selling.

At present, the company owns four textile processing lines: four sets of BIELLA ITALY Combing Machine, four sets of BIGALT ITALY Spinning Machine, four sets of BIGAGLT ITALY Round-Ingot Spinning Machine, two sets of Automatic Falling Can and Twisting Machine from Italy and Japan, and two Worsted processing lines from England.
