In the beginning, it was a small plant with very basic operations. However, after 10 years of development under the correct guidance of its founder, Mr. Zhu Xue-jian, it became a well-known electroacoustic enterprise and was listed by the Chinese government as a highlighted enterprise in Shengzhou, Zhejiang, China. Taking advantage of many favorable offers from the local governments of Jiangxi and Guangdong provinces, Mr. Zhu moved FAVOR to Xingan, Jiangxi province in 1999 , set up production facilities there and later in Heyuan City, Dongguan city and Fuyong city in Guangdong province.

At the end of 2003, FAVOR group invested heavily in Jiangxi and established a full-scale complex of production facilities in Xinyu High-Tech Industrial Park at Xinyu city, Jiangxi province.

Covering 658 Chinese Mus of land in Xinyu, FAVOR group is a joint-venture professional manufacturer of DVD players, Multimedia Speakers, Speaker Units and Accessories. With registered capital of 100 million RMBs, its total real investment amounts to 450 million RMBs. The plant area is about 120,000 m2, with corresponding employee dormitories and mess halls covering another 40,000 m2 . To catch up with the need of the market, FAVOR group has set up R & D centers, Trading Company and Liaison Office in Shenzhen, Hongkong and Taiwan respectively.

Within the FAVOR industrial park in Xinyu, there are 12 plants which produce or are engaged in DVD players, Speaker Sets, Wooden Cabinets, Speaker Units, Plastic Injection, T-Plates, Stamping, Cone Papers & Dampers and Speaker Gaskets, with fixed investment reaching 180 million RMBs.

Currently more than 3,500 employees are hired and all plants are in operation and FAVOR group plans to hire a total of 6,500 people when it runs in full speed . Current annual production capacity is about 3.6 million sets of various kinds of speaker sets, 5 million sets of DVD players and 40 million speaker units, with total annual product value reaching over 1,000 million RMBs.

Having established stable business relationships with well-known brand-name companies like WAL-MART (U.S.A),

THOMSON (France), LG & SAMSUNG (Korea) and KYE (Taiwan), FAVOR is striving to rank within top three of similar Electronic companies in China. Besides, FAVOR is striving to go public in 5 years from now.

Taking “Action, Efficiency and Teamwork” as guidelines and encouraging all employees to “Challenge the Limits”, to be ”Honest and Practical” and to “Progress with Pioneering Spirits”, FAVOR will introduce new profit-making products like LCD TVs, MP3 and MP4 players. In the mean time, the research and development of Car Electronics products are being pursued actively, so as to form a product platform of 3 main categories, i.e., DVD players, LCD TVs and Car Electronics Products, and to meet our target of 1,000 million RMBs of sales in 2006 and 3,000 million RMBs of annual sales within 3 years.
