German, Japanese, and Swedish equipment

Shantou SEZ Wo Hing Radio & Video operates four CD-R lines and two DVDR lines, equipped with machinery from Meiki & Emould, two well known providers in injection molding machines for discs, and STEAG Hamatech, a leading German provider of optical media processing equipment. Recording speed, scratches, and distortion are evaluated using Swedish CATs and Dr. Schenk machines. Our 50,000m2 facility also houses 250 specialized injection molding machines for production of A/V products and media packing products such as CD/DVD case.

Total monthly output of over 30 million units

Supported by over 1,000 workers, we currently roll out eight million CD-Rs and two million DVDRs every month. Our manufacturing capacity also includes 10 million V-0s, 6 million C-0s, and 10 million CD/DVD cases. One hundred 40-foot containers are shipped each month.

High standard of quality

To ensure the quality of all our products, Shantou SEZ Wo Hing Radio & Video sources top-grade materials from Japan, Hong Kong SAR, and Korea. 40 in-house QC members conduct stringent inspections covering raw materials, in-process products, final products, and packaging before shipping. All our products are delivered with AQL and JVC approvals.
