During 1998 to 2005, we undertook the processing of wind and electricity pylon for Huilai project. 32 40m～47.5m high pylon , 1211 tons heavy in total, the project was completed on time with quality and quantity guaranteed and so we were highly spoken of by the owner and German specialists. After 1999, independently we researched and developed the products such as steel posts for electricity transmitting, microwave communications pylon s, outdoor billboards, tall posts of squares and stadiums. In 2006, the steel tube assembled pylon workshop of our factory was inaugurated so that electricity transmission pylon s were produced in large scales to improve persistent productivity.

Also we expanded our service to Hong Kong market in addition to Mainland ending up in victory. In 2004, we undertook the Dongyong steel cable car structure project in Hong Kong, 8 pylon s, 820 tons in total. Compared to projects in Mainland, this one is more complicated in structure, more demanding in technique and more difficult in processing. It was structured by welding, that is, combined with kinds of shaped steel so welding was highly required. We detected each part in production for damage and reached the first class welding requirement, bigger welded structures without deformation and deformation value within 1‰.
