In 1997, it established Guangdong Provincial Research Center of Electronic Ceramic Engineering Technology and in year 2002 it was appointed as Guangdong Provincial Technological Center. It has been successfully developed many hi-tech products and equipments. Some of the products even won the Guangdong Provincial Scientific and Technological Awards. The company also awarded as the national and provincial Excellent Hi-Tech Enterprise and appointed as the industrialization base of the State 863 Plan. CCTC was defined as one of the first experimental units of innovation enterprises in Guangdong.

The reform and innovation is the strength headspring of trying for CCTC’s development. The predecessor of CCTC was First Radio Components Factory, which was found in 1970. It then changed to a local State-Owned company of radio components and ceramic parts. Through reforming in 1992, it became to an EBO company in year 1999.
