　　 On May 23, 2005, Sinopec Group announced to reform and regroup the Nanjing Chemical Plant and the Nanjing Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd. In June, it announced to establish the Nanjing Chemical Industry Corporation Chemical Plant as the branch office of Nanjing Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd. The factory has over 2,500 on-the-job employees, 700 technicians of various specialties and total assets of 800 million Yuan.

　　 Nanjing Chem Corp. Chemical Plant produces 40 kinds of organic intermediates, rubber chemicals and chloro-alkali products. Our products have strong self-matching ability and high refining degree. They have built a complete system within themselves and they have complementary advantages. Over 50 years' continuous technological improvement and technical innovation, our product quality has been stably improved and the scale merit has broken forth gradually. In 2004, we started to improve the antioxidant serial product's quality and enlarge its production scale so as to maintain the domestic best level. Other products, such as the nitrobenzene, resorcin, benzene chloride and so on, their production scales all are at the domestic leading position.
