ADMINISTRATION IMTRODUCTION

Reasonable management is the key to a company's success.As we are a foreign trade company,we attach particular importance to our management team.

We have established a Board of Directors,which is responsible for holding important meetings,legislating rules and regulations, raising funds and electing the Chairman of the Board.The appointment of the General Manager and Financial Supervisor are then decided by the Chairman of the Board.

Between the General Manager and finance supervision,we have set up a supervision commission.Its duty is to moitor the General Manager's work,behavior and finaeial conditions.

The General Manager is an important leader whose work concerns all respects of the company.He dominates the four main departments-finance department,sales department,office and produetion department.

The Finance department controls financial revenue and expenditure.The Sales department is in charge of product marketing;meanwhile the Office administers daily work and HR affairs.The Production department is responsible for the whole production process.It contains a storehouse.sample room and workshop.
