The press range is from 500MT to 8,000MT. The billet diameters are 2" to 20". The finishes include mill finishing, brushing polishing, sanding, brite-dip, anodizing, printing and powder coating. We have fabrication capabilities of cutting, mitering, notching, piercing, forming, bending, drilling, tapping, welding and assembly.

We utilize different materials of aluminum and magnesium alloys. Aluminum alloys are 2XXX, 3XXX, 5XXX, 6XXX and 7XXX series with tempers of 0 / F / T1 / T4 / T5 / T6 / T8 / T9 / T651 / T832. Magnesium alloys are AZ61, AZ80, AZ31, AZ40, ZK60 (high strength alloy) and MgLi (super light alloy).
