Mr. Dai Houliang, Chairman and President of YPC Ltd. Graduated from Organic Chemical Department of Jiangsu Chemical Institute with the professional title of prof. senior engineer. He started to work in YPC in 1985, acted as vice director and director of Aromatics Complex and vice President of YPC; acted as BOD member and Vice President of YPC Ltd. since 1998; acted as Vice Chairman and President of YPC Ltd. and BOD member of YPC Corp. since August, 2002, concurrently acted as BOD member of BASF-YPC Company Ltd.; since December, 2003, acted as Director of Coordination Commission of YPC Ltd. and YPC Corp.;since January 2004, acted as Chairman and President of YPC Ltd. and Chairman of YPC Corp.; since December, 2004, acted as Chairman of BASF-YPC Company Ltd.; Now he is Chairman and President of YPC Ltd., Chairman of YPC Corp., Director of Coordination Commission of YPC Ltd. and YPC Corp., Chairman of BASF-YPC Company Ltd.
