In addition to the finest heating, silicon and enzyme machines, the factory also utilizes their own on site washing factory for pre-washing and stone wash garments. Some of the largest garment retailers in the world have joined us in production such as, Levis of Japan, Pierre Cardin of U.S., Sears U.S., Osh Kosh Australia , and one of the largest trading companies in the world Itochu Corporation, just to name a few. In addition to being Hua Yangs Company Director, Miss Jian Li Rong is also a committee member of the PingGu County District, and the Vice General Manager of Xia Ge Zhuang economy parent company. Jian Li Rong has been recognized with many prestigious awards. In 1993 she received the title of the “Red Flag” from the Women's City Federation. In 1995 was awarded “Beijing Model Business Women” by the Municipal Government of Beijing, and that same year was honorably awarded the “Nation-Wide Women's Entrepreneur” issued by the Chinese Women's Federation and Ministry of Agriculture of the Peoples Republic of China. In 1996 she received the cities “Excellent factory Director Awarded” by the City League Group and the City Town Enterprise Department. And recently she was awarded an honorable and most prestigious award of “Capital Model” issued by the Municipal Government and Party Committee.

Although she has received numerous titles and awards she is never overwhelmed by all the attention, she focuses on taking the factory forward to a new era, in an ever changing and demanding market place. With all this she still takes the time as in the beginning with only 47 factory workers, to listen and care for all her employees, and routinely visits the factory workers to support them and look for opinions to be the best they can be.
