Established in 1992, Aotai is located in the shipbuilding industry district of Qiligang on the north Shore of Oujiang River. Our south is adjacent to the city of Wenzhou and is only 30 km away from the Wenzhou airport as well as the Wenzhou train station. Our west is close to the 10,000-ton international container dock. On the north are Liushi China Electric City and Yangdang Mountain which is named a world geological park. With 104 highway and Yong-tai-Wen Express way passing through, the geographical location of Aotai is outstanding, and also the sea, land and air transportations are very convenient.

Currently Aotai has 360 meters of coastline, 54,000 sq.m of factory area, 3,800 sq.m of office and accessory building area, and 7 standard ship-construction platforms. There are 450 employees, including 27 engineers, and 50 technical and management personnel. It has self-contained equipments including three door-type cranes which are, 150-ton, 80-ton, and 60-ton, respectively, and more than 200 of other accessory equipments. It has a template room, a hull fabrication workshop, a machine cutting workshop, a marine machinery workshop, an electric workshop, as well as sophisticated testing instruments and tools. Aotai is capable of building a variety of steel vessels under 20,000 tons with high quality and advanced workmanship. Its annual product capacity reaches up to 70,000 DWT.
