The company covers the area of Sq. 56,000m. According to the current production layout of the international advanced shipbuilding enterprises, the company input huge amount of investment to build a 5000 ton standard berth, two 15,000 ton standard berths, three 20,000 ton standard berths and configures a 32T portal crane and two sets of 80T portal cranes and two 130 T portal cranes and seven automobile cranes. The ship body workshop, turbine workshop, electric workshop, machinery process workshop, digit control cutting workshop and 1:1 sampling platform are reasonably laid. The modern production packaged equipments, such as digit-control cutter, thousand ton oil hydraulic press, cold frame bender, flanging machine, multi-function bending rolls, edge miller, edge planer, pipe bender, tube slope machine, screw shaft, laser transit, lathe, milling machine, planer, drill press, etc and each kind of welding equipments, plating equipments are complete too. The company has the annual production capacity of over 100,000 ton, and could undertake the construction of all kinds of ships that under 20,000t, for instance, the 20,000 ton container ships, multi-function ships, bulk cargo ships, chemical product ships, finished oil ships, etc.,according to shipbuilding inspection standard of classification society (CCS, ABS, LR, BV, GL,DNV, NK etc.)home and abroad.
