Panoli Intermediates (India) Pvt. Ltd. Went on stream in 1999 in Jhagadia, to manufacture Chlorinated Aromatic compounds, to take proximity advantage of Chloro-alkali plants. In 2002, as part of its forward integration plan, Panoli Intermediates commissioned a unit to manufacture Nitro Chloro compounds at Nandesari, to avail benefit of common effluent treatment plant facilities developed by industry association.

In 2004, Kutch Chemical Industries was set up near the international all weather ports namely KANDLA and MUNDRA with focusing on export market potential for dye intermediates, agro intermediates and fine petro-chemicals.
